During my busy periods, such as new product release days can on the occasion cause a slight delay with postage times. During usual periods we aim to dispatch orders in 1-3 working days unless ordering personalised items and Pre-orders please allow upto 14 working days for these. During my busy periods you may experience a delay of up to 5-10 working days.

Current turnaround times on these products are up to 14 days often quicker. Please message me if needing quicker and I will see what I can do.

 All payments are made securely via Paypal, debit  or credit card, clearpay and klarna.

I've forgotten something , can I add to my order

No. I am afraid due to the time it would take to manually update stock, however you can place another order pop me a message and I will combine postage and refund any difference, However not guaranteed if done 24 hours after placing original order.

Safety instructions

Please read all safety instructions before use.
All hair accessories are made to a very high standard. However some may contain small parts so please ensure all babies and children are supervised whilst wearing accessories and that they are always removed whilst sleeping. You are responsible for making sure you don't leave a child unatteneded or sleeping whilst wearing.


Custom orders

I really enjoy making custom orders. But Due to the timescale that custom orders take I am only able to take on a limited amount per week. Please contact me via Facebook or email if you would like a custom request. Thank you

Do you have special offers ?

If you follow my Facebook Vip page (you will be invited to join as part of a reward scheme) there will be at times special offers. If your facebook name is different from the website name please let me know.


How long do orders take to process

If you place your order on a weekend I will process your order the following business day. Please note this may take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 2-3 working days from placing your order.

 I am local to Bows and frills, can I pick up my order?

Yes! I offer a 'Click and Collect' service. 

During checkout, select 'Click and Collect' from the postage options. 

I will then email you with some available date/time slots where you can collect your order. Due to my premises not being a typical retail type shop, collection or any visits are strictly by appointment only. 


If at anytime you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a full refund, please email me with your order details along with your order number to Please note this excludes personalised items unless they are faulty or have arrived to you damaged. 

  • You need to arrange a refund within 14 days of the items being received, I can't accept a refund or exchange once 14 days has passed. You will then have 14 days in which to return from the date you inform me.

  • Returned items should be unused, in the same condition it was purchased and must be in its original packaging wherever possible. I will issue a full refund upon receipt of the goods, excluding the original delivery charge. Or, alternatively offer you an exchange.

  • Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service such as recorded delivery to ensure it gets back to us. 

  • When returning items you will be responsible for the cost of the postage.
