ABOUT ME BOWS, ACCESSORIES & GIFTS Since October 2014 Hi i'm a UK based mum (Vicki) of 4 and I started making lovely hair accessories when my youngest was a little over a year old ,who is now 6. ​ I handmake bows, bobbles and headbands, for your little Princess's. I take custom orders and try my best to accommodate what you are looking for PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR COPYRIGHT ITEMS. I spend a lot of time researching and searching for the best quality products to use. I am very passionate about what I do. The lovely brand rep in the image is modelling a mid navy headwrap. ​ From time to time there will be a range of items such as scrunchies and bands, that I do not make. But again I research to bring you the best quality I can. ​ I will send pics of your customised orders to keep you informed every step of the way to make sure you are happy with the item/items I am making . Although these are made to be strong they are not intended as toys they are hair accessories. PLEASE REMOVE BEFORE YOUR CHILD SLEEPS you assume full responsibility for the safety of your child . Over time fabric may fray due to wear and tear they are not intend to be washed so please do not wash you can however damp clean if needed. I also make frames, canvases, clocks and more ..... Shipping policy for Bows and scrunchies ​ My turnaround time for all hair bows and scrunchie orders placed is currently 3-4 working day turnaround can be up to 14 working days during busy periods this may extend during really busy periods however I will update the website accordingly. Please note that in busy periods, orders containing custom items can take longer to dispatch than ready to go hair accessories. Once items are dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting if an order has not yet arrived after you receive your dispatch email as royal mail are at times busier than usual. I do not post on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holiday Mondays. Shipping on feltie and embroidered products are currently on up to 14 - 21 day turnaround. Shipping on pre-orders are currently on up to 14 day turnaround. All orders are processed and dispatched in order of payment except custom orders and pre-orders which take a little longer. If you often purchase more than one bow a month check out my open box shipping option ​ If you have shopped with me before you may well be aware of my open box. You will be aware I introduced open boxes for those customers placing regular bows and scrunchie orders to save on postage. If your new to Bows and Frills then this is what open box means you can order and pay for any bows on the website using my 'OPENBOX' shipping option this will then notify me to add your order to an open box for you and you will not pay postage until you have finished filling your box, you can then reorder the next day or a few days or a week later and simply use the same shipping option, these will then also be added to your box, when you are ready for your for me to post out, on your final order. Contact me via email or Facebook to arrange the postage option you will need to select at checkout when placing your final order! ​This means for example if you see only one bow you like today but intend to order more soon. You will only pay one postage charge instead of multiple! Any questions feel free to ask ​ ​ UK Standard Delivery is now FREE on orders over £60. Your order will be sent and delivered via our Royal Mail 48 service if you select the free option. Orders below this amount will either be shipped using a 24 or 48 hour service depending on whether you select 1st or 2nd class delivery at checkout. ​ Please note the exceptions of these rules, the above does not apply to new releases (launch nights), pre-orders, personalised items and custom orders. ​ If you are not around to accept delivery of your parcel, a calling card may be left, and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection next working day. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbor, or in a safe place, this is entirely at their discretion. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. Unfortunately, I cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In these circumstances, please expect your delivery to arrive with you on the next available working day. ​ ​ ​

FAQS ​ DELIVERY TIMES DURING BUSY PERIODS FOR BOWS, SCRUNCHIES AND OTHER PRODUCTS During my busy periods, such as new product release days can on the occasion cause a slight delay with postage times. During usual periods we aim to dispatch orders in 1-3 working days unless ordering personalised items and Pre-orders please allow upto 14 working days for these. During my busy periods you may experience a delay of up to 5-10 working days. ​ Feltie and embroidered bows Current turnaround times on these products are up to 14 days often quicker. Please message me if needing quicker and I will see what I can do. ​ Payment details All payments are made securely via Paypal, debit or credit card, clearpay and klarna. I've forgotten something , can I add to my order No. I am afraid due to the time it would take to manually update stock, however you can place another order pop me a message and I will combine postage and refund any difference, However not guaranteed if done 24 hours after placing original order. ​ Safety instructions Please read all safety instructions before use. All hair accessories are made to a very high standard. However some may contain small parts so please ensure all babies and children are supervised whilst wearing accessories and that they are always removed whilst sleeping. You are responsible for making sure you don't leave a child unatteneded or sleeping whilst wearing. Custom orders I really enjoy making custom orders. But Due to the timescale that custom orders take I am only able to take on a limited amount per week. Please contact me via Facebook or email if you would like a custom request. Thank you ​ Do you have special offers ? If you follow my Facebook Vip page (you will be invited to join as part of a reward scheme) there will be at times special offers. How long do orders take to process If you place your order on a weekend I will process your order the following business day. Please note this may take longer during sale or busy periods. We recommend allowing 2-3 working days from placing your order. ​ I am local to Bows and frills, can I pick up my order? Yes! I offer a 'Click and Collect' service. During checkout, select 'Click and Collect' from the postage options. I will then email you with some available date/time slots where you can collect your order. Due to my premises not being a typical retail type shop, collection or any visits are strictly by appointment only. ​ Returns If at anytime you are not satisfied with your order you may return for a full refund, please email me with your order details along with your order number to bowsandfrillsuk@gmail.com Please note this excludes personalised items unless they are faulty or have arrived to you damaged. You need to arrange a refund within 14 days of the items being received, I can't accept a refund or exchange once 14 days has passed. You will then have 14 days in which to return from the date you inform me. Returned items should be unused, in the same condition it was purchased and must be in its original packaging wherever possible. I will issue a full refund upon receipt of the goods, excluding the original delivery charge. Or, alternatively offer you an exchange. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service such as recorded delivery to ensure it gets back to us.
